Since 1983, Container World Offshore have provided specialized container conversions for the African Onshore market. We have recently begun offering offshore containers that are all certified to DNV 2.7-1 and EN 12079. Our 32 years of experience mean that we have the dedication and expertise to handle any on and off shore container requests.

Equatorial Guinea is essentially a dual location nation with territory on the mainland African Continent, and their Oil and Gas operations being centred on their island territory in the Gulf of Guinea, called Bioko Island. EG is a big economic force on the African Continent in terms of their income. They are mainly reliant on cocoa production but the discovery of large oil reserves in 1996 has dramatically contributed to the countries growth. Equatorial Guinea is now the third largest oil producer in Africa with their oil production continually rising year on year.

Apart from this, forestry, fishing and farming are meaningful contributors to the country’s gross domestic product. They also have undeveloped natural resources like titanium and uranium that are gaining attention and building momentum for future production.
